Welcome to Rich Girls Hair Collection, operated by Rich Girls LLC ("we," "us," "our," or "Company"). By accessing our website, browsing our products, or completing a purchase, you ("you," "Customer," or "User") agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our site or make a purchase.

 

  1. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your state or country of residence, to make a purchase. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is true, accurate, and complete.

 

2. PRODUCTS & PRICING

 

All products, prices, promotions, and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse service, correct pricing errors, or cancel orders at our sole discretion. Product photos are for reference; slight variations in color, density, length, and texture are normal due to the nature of hair and lighting.

 

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and do not include shipping, taxes, duties, or customs fees unless explicitly stated.

 

3. ORDERS & PAYMENT

 

By submitting an order, you make an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed or shipped. We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, and supported Buy Now, Pay Later providers (such as Klarna and Afterpay/Cash App Afterpay) where available.

 

For fraud prevention, billing and shipping information must match. Orders flagged as high-risk may be canceled at our discretion. We reserve the right to require identity verification on any order.

 

4. FINAL SALE POLICY

 

All sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds based on change of mind, incorrect selection (such as length, color, density, or cap size), custom orders, deposits, digital downloads, training, classes, or bookings. The limited exceptions for items that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or that are confirmed lost in transit are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Please review our Return & Refund Policy in full before purchasing.

 

5. CUSTOM ORDERS & DEPOSITS

 

Custom wig orders, including all Build Your Luxury Wig purchases and deposits, are strictly non-refundable. Production begins once payment is confirmed and requires 2–4 weeks. Cancellations are not permitted.

 

6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

 

Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Claims for packages confirmed lost by the carrier prior to delivery are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier to the address provided at checkout, Rich Girls LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.

 

7. DIGITAL PRODUCTS & TRAINING

 

Digital products, training courses, and class bookings are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, share, or reproduce any digital content in whole or in part. Violation of this clause may result in legal action.

 

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

 

All content on this website — including the Rich Girls name, Rich Girls Hair Collection brand, logos, photographs, videos, product images, written content, course materials, and design elements — is the exclusive property of Rich Girls LLC and is protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content without our prior written permission.

 

9. USER CONDUCT

 

You agree not to use this website to:

 

  • Engage in fraudulent, unlawful, or harassing behavior
  • - Impersonate any person or entity
  • - Upload viruses, malicious code, or attempt to interfere with site operations
  • - Scrape, copy, or harvest content for commercial use
  • - File false chargebacks or disputes

We reserve the right to refuse service, ban users, and pursue legal remedies against violators.

 

10. CHARGEBACKS

 

Filing a chargeback on an order you have received is considered theft. We will dispute all fraudulent chargebacks with full supporting documentation including tracking, signature confirmation, photos, and order details. Customers who file fraudulent chargebacks may be banned from future purchases and reported to the appropriate authorities and credit bureaus.

 

11. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

 

Our products and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the site, products, or services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet any specific expectation. Results from product use vary by individual.

 

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rich Girls LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our website, products, or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

 

13. INDEMNIFICATION

 

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rich Girls LLC and its affiliates from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of our website, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

 

14. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES

 

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida. You waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action.

 

15. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

 

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

 

16. SEVERABILITY

 

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
