SHIPPING POLICY

 

Thank you for shopping with Rich Girls LLC. Please review our shipping terms carefully before placing your order. By completing your purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.

 

ORDER PROCESSING

 

Ready-to-Ship Units: Orders ship within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

 

Custom & Build Your Luxury Wig Orders: Custom orders require 2–4 weeks of production time before shipment. Production does not begin until the deposit and full payment are confirmed.

 

Digital Products & Training: Digital downloads and training materials are delivered electronically immediately after purchase.

 

Processing time does not include weekends or U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed on Sundays, holidays, or after business hours will begin processing the next business day.

 

SHIPPING METHODS & CARRIERS

 

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Carrier selection is at our discretion and is based on order size, destination, and value. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.

 

SHIPPING RATES

 

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and carrier. Promotional free shipping offers, when available, apply only to standard domestic shipping.

 

DELIVERY TIMES

 

Domestic (United States): Typically 2–5 business days after shipment, depending on carrier and destination.

 

International: Typically 7–21 business days after shipment, depending on destination and customs clearance.

 

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Rich Girls LLC is not responsible for carrier delays, weather events, customs holds, or any other circumstances outside of our control.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

 

We ship worldwide. International customers are fully responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These fees are not included in your order total and are not refundable. Refused or undelivered international packages will not be refunded.

 

SHIPPING ADDRESS

 

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Rich Girls LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Address changes cannot be made once an order has shipped.

 

For fraud prevention, billing and shipping addresses should match. Orders flagged as high-risk may be canceled at our discretion.

 

LOST, STOLEN, OR MISDELIVERED PACKAGES

 

Once a package is marked "Delivered" by the carrier, Rich Girls LLC is no longer responsible for the package. We strongly recommend purchasing shipping protection at checkout when available and shipping to a secure address.

 

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please:

 

  1. Check with neighbors, household members, and your local post office or carrier hub.
  2. 2. File a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
  3. 3. Contact us at rglacewigs@gmail.com within 48 hours so we can provide documentation to support your carrier claim.

Rich Girls LLC does not issue refunds or replacements for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.

 

SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION

 

Orders over $500 may require signature confirmation upon delivery. If you are unable to sign for your package, please arrange for someone to receive it on your behalf.

 

RETURNED / REFUSED PACKAGES

 

Packages returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to claim from the carrier will not be reshipped without an additional shipping charge paid by the customer. No refund will be issued for the original order.
