RETURN & REFUND POLICY
All sales at Rich Girls LLC are FINAL. Due to the premium, custom, and sanitary nature of our hair and digital products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds under any circumstances. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
WIGS, BUNDLES & HAIR PRODUCTS
All wig and hair sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any wig, bundle, closure, frontal, or hair-related product once an order has been placed. This includes Ready-to-Ship units, Custom Built wigs, and any item ordered through our Build Your Luxury Wig program.
Due to health, hygiene, and sanitary standards, hair products cannot be returned once shipped. Please review your selection (length, color, density, cap size, and style) carefully before checking out.
CUSTOM ORDERS & DEPOSITS
All custom wig orders and the $100 Build Your Luxury Wig deposit are strictly non-refundable. Once production has started, the order cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded for any reason. Custom orders require 2 to 4 weeks of production time before shipment.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS, TRAINING & CLASSES
All digital downloads, training courses, e-books, and class purchases are final. Once the file has been accessed, downloaded, or the class booking has been confirmed, refunds will not be issued. Booking deposits for in-person services are also non-refundable.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us at rglacewigs@gmail.com within 72 hours of the carrier's delivery confirmation, including your order number and clear photo and video evidence showing the issue. Claims without sufficient evidence, or submitted after this window, cannot be processed. Approved claims will be resolved with a replacement of equal value; where a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued for the affected item. Items confirmed lost by the carrier prior to delivery will be replaced or refunded after a carrier investigation. Orders showing valid delivery confirmation to the address provided at checkout are considered delivered and are not eligible for refund.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES
Orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed. Please double-check your shipping address, contact information, and product selections before submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders placed using incorrect information.
CHARGEBACKS
Filing a fraudulent chargeback or dispute on an order that has been received is considered theft and will be challenged with full documentation, including tracking, delivery confirmation, and order details. Customers found filing fraudulent chargebacks may be banned from future purchases and reported to the appropriate authorities.
