Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Ready to Ship orders are processed within 1–3 business days and typically arrive within 5–10 business days. Custom (Ship Wigs) orders can take up to 16 business days depending on the color and style. Expedited options may be available at checkout.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes! We ship worldwide. International shipping times vary by location (typically 10–21 business days). Customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Q: How do I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Use it to track your package on our shipping carrier's website.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
A: Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, processing has begun and we cannot make changes. Please contact us as soon as possible through our Contact page. We respond within 24–48 business hours.
💎 WIGS & PRODUCTS
Q: Will my wig be customized?
A: Yes! All wigs will be customized and plucked unless you specify otherwise in the order notes at checkout. Please use the note section at checkout for the best service provided — let us know your preferences before your order is finalized.
Q: What about on-hand (Ready to Ship) wigs?
A: On-hand wigs are sold as-is. They have already been plucked, bleached, and styled. Adjustments cannot be made to the construction of the wig — only the parting or styling can be modified. Please review all product photos carefully before purchasing.
Q: What is a custom wig deposit?
A: A $100 booking deposit is required to begin your custom wig order. You will have the opportunity to leave a note for your stylist right before checkout — please use this to share your vision, color preferences, length, texture, and any special requests. The more detail, the better!
Q: Are Ready to Ship wigs available for in-store pickup?
A: Yes! Ready to Ship wigs are available for in-store pickup. Select pickup at checkout or contact us to arrange.

A: We accept all major credit and debit cards through our website. We also accept the following payment methods outside of the website:

Q: Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
A: We do not offer Cash on Delivery for online orders. Ready to Ship wigs are available for in-store pickup — for pickup orders, we accept cash, card, Apple Pay, Zelle, and CashApp.
🚫 DAMAGE & RETURNS
Q: What is your damage policy?
A: At Richgirls Hair, every single unit leaves our hands in perfect condition. We take extreme pride in how we prepare, handle, and package each wig — and we are strict about this. We will NOT send out a damaged wig, period. However, once a unit has been delivered, we are not responsible for any damage that occurs after that point — including damage from installation, styling, coloring, chemical treatments, or general wear and tear. All sales are final on custom and on-hand wigs. If your order arrives damaged due to a shipping issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist you.
Q: Can I return or exchange my wig?
A: Due to the nature of our products (hair and hygiene), all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on wigs. We handle every unit with the utmost professionalism and care, and we stand behind our work. If there is an issue with your order, please reach out and we will do our best to resolve it professionally.

Q: What digital products do you offer?
A: We offer eBooks and guides covering wig care, styling tips, and the hair business. After purchase, your download link will be emailed to you automatically.
Q: How do I access my digital product after purchase?
A: Your download link will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Check your spam folder if you do not see it within a few minutes.
Q: What is included in the Training Class?
A: Our Training Class is a video tutorial covering everything you need to know about wigs — from installation to styling to building your own hair business. After purchase, access details will be sent to your email.
Q: Is the training class a live class or recorded?
A: The training is a pre-recorded video tutorial you can watch at your own pace, from anywhere, at any time.
