Due to the nature of our products (hair and hygiene), all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on wigs. We handle every unit with the utmost professionalism and care, and we stand behind our work. If there is an issue with your order, please reach out and we will do our best to resolve it professionally.

 

Damage Policy

 

At Richgirls Hair, every single unit leaves our hands in perfect condition. We take extreme pride in how we prepare, handle, and package each wig. However, once a unit has been delivered, we are not responsible for any damage that occurs after that point — including damage from installation, styling, coloring, chemical treatments, or general wear and tear. If your order arrives damaged due to a shipping issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist you.

 

Fraud Protection

 

Fraudulent chargebacks and false claims will be disputed with shipping confirmation, tracking records, and customer communication documentation.

All custom-colored units are individually crafted and may vary slightly due to lighting, customization, and screen settings.
